1616 Bayshore Drive at Coal Harbour is the sixth phase of Bayshore Gardens. This multi-use 25 storey high-rise is located at the entrance to the neighbourhood and comprises market and non-market residential units, childcare facilities, and streetscape retail uses. The non-market housing component was designed for the Performing Arts Lodge (PAL), which provides housing for theatre arts retirees. A multipurpose theatre space accommodates performance by PAL residents adding a vibrant entertainment experience for the local community and enthusiastic recreation for the performing residents.
